Hi,
I am afraid at the moment there is no cure for HIV. This man is not telling the truth. He cannot cure HIV.
A lot of scientific research is trying to find a cure and this will probably happen. We do not know yet know when though.
HIV treatment works very well today and many people with HIV live long a comparatively healthy lives.
