Does my PrEP interact with recreational drugs?

I’m taking PrEP but also take poppers and sometimes MDMA at the weekend. Is this a problem?

Hi,

The specific HIV drugs you are on do not have any interactions with poppers or MDMA. Your HIV meds will still work fine.

Good adherence (taking your meds when and how you are supposed to). As long as you continue to do this, the MDMA and poppers would not affect your HIV treatment.
