I had two lines on a rapid test but was negative on the lab test?

Hey i tested at clinic and they were two lines but when results comes back from laboratry they said non reactive what does that mean?

It sounds like the rapid test was positive but the lab test showed that your do not have HIV.
The lab test is the important one.
