Can HIV positive people from India study in the UK?

Hi, I am an hiv positive student in India and Ii want to complete my MBA in UK. Is it possible to study in UK or,not? Can people from India came to the UK to study if they are HIV positive?

The UK does not require an HIV test for any people who visit, or for any applications for studying, working or living.
This means HIV positive people do not need to worry about HIV being a clock
I am sorry that i-Base can’t help with information about other questions about travelling or visa etc because we just focus on HIV treatment.

Yes people who are positive can apply for a visa for the UK, being positive isn’t an issue.

Anyone who lives in the UK can have access to ARVs, and yes this includes people who come here to study. If you come to the UK, you’ll need to get in touch with your local HIV clinic, they’ll be able to arrange for you to see a consultant or specialist nurse.

You being positive won’t be an issue with regards to a visa. As the above post states, we don’t ask people about their status.
