I stopped meds, can I restart?

I stopped taking my meds a few weeks ago, but I’m thinking of restarting them at the end of the month. Is this possible?

There’s no reason why you can’t restart your meds. In fact, its great to hear that you want to restart your meds.
As you’ve been off them for a few weeks its probably best if you tell your doctor. They may want to rechecked your viral load and CD4 count. They may also be able to talk to you about adherence and why its so important.
If you think you may have problems again with adherence then it might help to talk to someone about this.
