Undetectable, can I transmit?

I’ve been on meds for a month and my viral load is already undetectable, this is great. Should I get my partner to use PrEP, or are they OK because I’m undetectable?

The evidence that we have is that if someone has an undetectable viral load then no they cannot transmit HIV when having sex without using a condom. For more info please see Q’s 9 and 14 here:

It’s good your fiancé’s viral load is undetectable.
But do you mean scratched his penis? It’s a good idea to tell the doctor exactly what happened and have his penis checked. He could then ask the doctors at the clinic about any risk of transmission.

Hi there, what are the chances of trasmitting someone HIV if I’m on meds and undetactable since I started treatment? He’s always top and only rarely sucks me as he’s really new to sex with men… please help!

I’m sorry, this is dreadful. Your guy has no right to demand money from you. Can you get support at the clinic to help stop his behaviour? They might be able to put you in touch with the right support even if they can’t do it themselves.

Don’t wait until you sleep with a guy and then tell him later I tell you because I know how it’s feels
Now I got rejected by a guy I thought he was gone be my husband

This is supported by UNAIDS, PEPFAR, ISA and BHIVA to name just a few organisations.
Should always use a condom to be on the safe side. I never heard that one cannot give some HIV or AIDS. Because they’re viral load is undetectable.
