I’m positive and not on treatment. I’m still having unprotected sex, is this an issue?

If you aren’t on treatment then every time you have sex without using a condom you risk infecting your sexual partners. Its as simple as that.
Very informative. I wish most people could read this. Information is power. Im HIV negative test regularly but I read to get more information of how to protect yourself and other.
