Yes you can drink alcohol when you’re taking ARVs, this includes Genvoya. The main thing is that you are’t excessive and that your drinking doesn’t interfere with you taking your meds.

Flu medication such as paracetamol does not react with ARVs. But it’s a good idea to tell your doctor if you’re going to take any other meds.
