Question

Do I need PEP?

Dear guys,

I just had sex with a woman who I paid to have sex with me about 3 hours ago. I used a condom and I entered her vagina about 3 times then I stopped. She pulled the condom off and used a tissue to clean my penis. After that, she gave me a hand job and I came. She used the tissue to clean my penis again. It is risk for me? Do I need PEP?

Help me urgenly!

Answer

Thank you for your question.

You cannot get HIV from a tissue, a hand job or from your own semen. You are not at risk of HIV and do not need to take PEP.

Thank you very much! I’m sorry because I can not stop worring! My concern is tissue with her vagina fluid when pulled out the condom. And I dont know exactly whether the condom is broken or not!

Could you tell me something to clear my mind?

    Best Regards.

Please do not assume that all sex workers have HIV. They do not. I cannot say anything else to clear your mind. I have already told you that you cannot get HIV this way.

Have your say
