Please follow this link to the National Guidelines for HIV and AIDS Treatment and Care in Adolescents and Adults in Nigeria. You will see that Truvada (tenofovir (TDF) and FTC combined) and efarvirenz (EFV) are available as separate drugs. This is the same as Atripla but just means you take 2 tablets once a day instead of 1 table once a day.
