I’m HIV positive my girlfriend isn’t. A condom broke and now she is pregnant. How do we make sure she and the baby do not get it?

Hi,
As  long as your girlfriend does not become positive while she is pregnant your baby will not either. It is important to continue to use condoms when having sex, particularly while she is pregnant. This is because being pregnant increases her risk for HIV transmission.
