It doesn\u2019t have to be the exact same time but it will help you get into a routine.<\/li>\n<li>If you have a break from PrEP and have risks during this time, it is important to have another HIV test.<\/li>\n<li><strong>With on-demand dosing, if you miss the BEFORE dose completely, still take a double dose AFTER sex, and continue daily.<\/strong> Contact your clinic <a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/guides\/prep\/is-pep-recommended-if-i-am-on-prep\">in case PEP is recommended<\/a>.
