And this can occur earlier if you don\u2019t breast feed.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is a good idea to discuss your plan for contraception after the baby is born before birth.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A few HIV drugs interact with oral contraceptives.
