It is also translated into ten languages.<\/p>\n<h2>Drug approval agencies<\/h2>\n<p>Detailed prescribing information in most European languages and other scientific documents are available from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ema.europa.eu\/en\">European Medicines Agency (EMA)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is the European organisation responsible for drug approval and drug safety. Use the link on their site for product information\/human medicine<\/p>\n<p>Now that the UK is no longer a member of the EU, drug approval will be evaluated by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/medicines-and-healthcare-products-regulatory-agency\">UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>UK guidelines<\/h2>\n<p>About 18 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bhiva.org\/guidelines\">UK guidelines<\/a> are posted to the <a href=\"bhiva.org\">British HIV Association (BHIVA)<\/a> website.<\/p>\n<p>These include treatment guidelines and UK standards of care.<\/p>\n<h2>Patient rights in the UK<\/h2>\n<p>For information about your rights as a patient, see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizensadvice.org.uk\/health\/get-advice-about-health-services\/\">Get advice about health services by Citizens\u2019 Advice<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Information about healthcare services including how to make a complaint are on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhs.uk\">NHS website<\/a>.
