It can help you plan when to change ART. Not all these new drugs will work against drug resistance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NRTIs: <\/strong>islatravir, GS-1614 (similar to islatravir).<\/p>\n<p><strong>NNRTIs:<\/strong> ulonivirine (MK-8507), GS-5894 (bavtavirine).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attachment inhibitors: <a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/guides\/15343\">fostemsavir<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Capsid inhibitors: <a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/guides\/15358\">lenacapavir, <\/a><\/strong>VH-499, <span style=\"font-variant-caps: normal;\">GS-1720 (both early stage).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-variant-caps: normal;\">Fusion<\/span><\/strong><strong style=\"font-variant-caps: normal;\"> inhibitors:<\/strong><span style=\"font-variant-caps: normal;\"> albuvirtide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Integrase inhibitors:<\/strong> GS-4182, GS-6212, VH-184, VH-310 (all early stage).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs):\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/guides\/14466\">ibalizumab<\/a><\/strong>, N6LSS, teropavimab (TAB, 3BNC117\/GS 5423) and zinlirvimab (ZAB, 10-1074\/GS 2872).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Several drugs are already available that will work against drug resistance.
