This is larger than most other pills.<\/li>\n<li>Rezolsta needs to be taken with other HIV meds as part of a combination.<\/li>\n<li>The adult dose is one pill, once-daily, with food.<\/li>\n<li>Darunavir is a protease inhibitor that needs to be taken with aonther drug (either ritonavir or cobicistat) to boost drug levels.<\/li>\n<li>Even with the booster, it is important that darunavir is taken with food.<\/li>\n<li>Rezolsta therefore needs to be taken WITH food.<\/li>\n<li>Rezolsta can only be used by people who use once-daily darunavir.<\/li>\n<li>Rezolsta\u00a0should not be used if\u00a0creatinine clearance is less than 70 ml\/min if\u00a0other drugs that need dose adjustment due to creatinine clearance are being used. This includes with\u00a0FTC, 3TC, tenofovir DF, or adefovir.<\/li>\n<li>Check with your doctor and pharmacist about drug interactions. Rezolsta can interact with many other drugs.
