(Source: aidsinfo.nih)<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><em> dor-AV-eer-een<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Doravirine was approved in the US in August 2018 and in Europe in November 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Doravirine is an NNRTI that is used in combination with other antiretrovirals to treat HIV.<\/li>\n<li>The standard adult dose is 100 mg.<\/li>\n<li>Doravirine can be taken with or without food.<\/li>\n<li>It is approved for people who are using HIV treatment for the first time and who do not have resistance to doravirine.<\/li>\n<li>The most common side effects are nausea and headache.
