Fostemsavir needs to be used in combination with other active HIV drugs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard adult dose: one 600 mg tablet, twice-daily.<\/li>\n<li>Fostemsavir can be taken with or without food.<\/li>\n<li>Mild side effects include feeling sick or being sick,\u00a0diarrhoea, stomach ache, headache, feeling tired, difficulty sleeping and rash.
