The exception is the buzz around T-20 (enfuvirtide). I want to briefly excerpt some information gleaned from many sources at the recent Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy (ICAAC), the Infectious Diseases Society of America annual meeting, and the Barcelona AIDS conference to try to dispel the apparent pessimism.
