{"id":14786,"date":"2011-04-01T14:15:30","date_gmt":"2011-04-01T14:15:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/i-base.info\/htb\/?p=14786"},"modified":"2011-04-01T14:15:30","modified_gmt":"2011-04-01T14:15:30","slug":"nelfinavir-interaction-with-warfarin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/htb\/14786","title":{"rendered":"Nelfinavir interaction with warfarin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 24 February 2011, FDA updated the nelfinavir (Viracept) label to include drug-drug interaction information between nelfinavir and wafarin.<\/p>\n<p>Table 11 (Established and Other Potentially Significant Drug Interactions) of the Precautions section of the label was changed to add the following:<\/p>\n<p>Coadministration of wafarin and nelfinavir may affect concentrations of wafarin.
