Treatment is also more limited as some HIV drugs are only active against HIV-1.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"HTBBODYtext\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">With no published randomised controlled trials of ART for HIV-2,most evidence is based on cohort studies and observational data.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"HTBBODYtext\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">This document updates the previous edition from 2010. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"HTBreference-noindent\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Reference <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"HTBreference-noindent\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">BHIVA.
