{"id":4181,"date":"2001-03-17T15:01:44","date_gmt":"2001-03-17T14:01:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/moomango.co.uk\/htb\/?p=4181"},"modified":"2014-06-12T14:32:53","modified_gmt":"2014-06-12T14:32:53","slug":"us-perinatal-treatment-guidelines-updated","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/htb\/4181","title":{"rendered":"US perinatal treatment guidelines updated"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>January 24, 2001<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The HIV\/AIDS Treatment Information Services (ATIS) announces the release of the updated Public Health Service Task Force Recommendations for Use of Antiretroviral Drugs in Pregnant HIV-1 Infected Women for Maternal Health and Interventions to Reduce Perinatal HIV-1 Transmission in the United States guidelines.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The primary changes include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An expanded section on mitochondrial toxicity and nucleoside analogue drugs and issues in pregnancy.
