Demand currently exceeds supply in every country.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"HTBBODYtext\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Prioritisation needs to account for transparency, relevance, appeals, enforcement, and fairness \u2013 and on defining clinical need by using evidence-based scoring. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"HTBBODYtext\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">It also needs to overcome the data limitations of the phase 3 registrational studies being carried out in those who were unvaccinated.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"HTBBODYtext\">Reference<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"HTBBODYtext\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Dal-R\u00e9 R et al.
