This has led to denial of ART refills, even when stocks are available, and fears about losing ART in the future. HIV testing and PrEP are now largely unavailable to many.<\/p>\n<p>The report also shows the importance of community-generated data to help protect health services.<\/p>\n<p>Reference<\/p>\n<p>International Treatment Preparedness Coalition (ITPC).
