Legal challenges<\/h2>\n<p><strong>DEI Executive orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbia.com\/news\/hr-safety\/court-partial-block-dei-executive-orders\">Federal Court Partially Blocks DEI Executive Orders Enforcement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rescission package<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This needs to be challenged in Congress \u2013 there is a reasonable chance that this might be achieved.<\/p>\n<p>Overall: much technical talk of spending\/funding mechanisms and of US political processes that are mainly of interest and relevance to US colleagues challenging the administration in the US.<\/p>\n<p>There are limited ways that people in Europe can help except send messages of support. Nevertheless, further details are available to CHANGE members on the website.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Lenacapavir<\/h2>\n<p>The FDA approval of LEN is coming any time before 19 June.<\/p>\n<h2>3.
