Drug Interaction website includes the following new interactions between HIV drugs with encorafenib and dabrafenib.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The traffic light coding uses red as contraindication, amber as potential caution and green for no interactions.<\/p>\n<h3>Encorafenib<\/h3>\n<p>Recommendations have been updated due to a new study showing encorafenib to be a strong inducer of CYP3A4:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2191<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Green <\/strong>to <strong>Red<\/strong>: doravirine, doravirine\/lamivudine\/tenofovir-DF, bictegravir\/emtricitabine\/tenofovir alafenamide, cabotegravir (oral), cabotegravir PrEP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2191<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Yellow <\/strong>to <strong>Red<\/strong>: rilpivirine (alone and in combinations), fostemsavir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2191<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Amber <\/strong>to <strong>Red<\/strong>:\u00a0lenacapavir (as ART and PrEP).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2191\u00a0Green <\/strong>to <strong>Amber<\/strong>:\u00a0dolutegravir (alone and non-rilpivirine combinations), maraviroc.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dabrafenib<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The following interactions with <strong>dabrafenib <\/strong>have also changed, due to a downgrade from a strong to a moderate inducer:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2193 <\/strong><strong>Red <\/strong>to <strong>Amber<\/strong>: doravirine, doravirine\/lamivudine\/tenofovir-DF, rilpivirine, rilpivirine\/emtricitabine\/tenofovir alafenamide, rilpivirine\/emtricitabine\/tenofovir-DF, dolutegravir\/rilpivirine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2193\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Red <\/strong>to <strong>Yellow<\/strong>: fostemsavir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2193\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Amber<\/strong> to <strong>Green<\/strong>: dolutegravir, dolutegravir\/abacavir\/lamivudine, dolutegravir\/lamivudine, dolutegravir\/lamivudine\/tenofovir-DF, raltegravir.<\/p>\n<h3>comment<\/h3>\n<p><strong>This free
