I’m sorry to hear about your wife’s diagnosis. \u00a0It is possible for her to have this low CD4 count and still appear healthy. However HIV is still affecting her.<\/p>\n
It is important that she starts treatment. This is important for her own health. It will help her CD4 go up. Once it is over 200 she will be less at risk\u00a0from HIV related infections. It will also help prevent the baby from becoming HIV positive.<\/p>\n
