If someone is on treatment and has an &#8216;undetectable&#8217; viral load the risk of transmission is extremely low. In many countries wanting to protect your partner is enough reason to start treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Your CD4 count is very strong still. This means your immune system is working well. It doesn&#8217;t tell you anything about transmission though.
