If you do not you may develop resistance. This means your meds may stop working. HIV i-Base is based in the UK so unfortunately i do not have specific information about how or where to access treatment in South Africa. The Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) is a South African organisation that works with people who have HIV on\u00a0treatment issues.
