This is the case whether your boyfriend ejaculates or not. Not ejaculating in you will not protect him from transmission. You are being a responsible partner.<\/p>\n<p>If you are on HIV treatment the risk of transmission is much lower. If your viral load is &#8216;undetectable&#8217; the risk of transmission is extremely low &#8211; close to zero. However HIV treatment will not protect you from other STI&#8217;s.
