This is one of the three drugs in Atripla. This can\u00a0increase the risk of having more, or worse side effects.<\/p>\n<p>Usually because of this it is recommended that you take efavirenz at least 2 hours after you have eaten. Or with a low fat meal\u00a0too avoid affecting efavirenz levels.<\/p>\n<p>It is also usually recommended that you take it at night.
