They both contain the same ingredients and work in the same way. They only have different names because they are made by different people.<\/p>\n<p>It is actually ok to take Tribuss with food if it is a low fat meal. However taking it with a high fat meal could increase the level of drug in your system. This could cause more or worse side effects.<\/p>\n<p>Thats why it is recommended that you leave two\u00a0hours between taking it\u00a0and eating. So you shouldn&#8217;t eat a high fat meal for two\u00a0hours before and two\u00a0hours after taking your pill.<\/p>\n<p>It is also recommended that you take Tribuss just before going to sleep.
