But it can occur in the stomach, breasts, neck and shoulders. The small bumps of fat under the skin are called lipomas.<\/p>\n<p>However, diet, exercise and some treatments may help. Using more than one approach may be important. For example, using diet and exercise in addition to anything else that you try.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, studies switching individual drugs have been less helpful with fat accumulation than with fat loss.
