Has your doctor also prescribed you antibiotics?<\/p>\n<p>Because your CD4 count is so low, there is a chance that the symptoms might be another complication.<\/p>\n<p>You are still likely to get a very good response to treatment , but your doctor need to know everything that happens.<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My CD4 T-cell count is 42 and my viral load is 1600.
