May I ask if you are on treatment? Taking meds and keeping an undetectable viral load is the best way to prevent transmission when pregnant.<\/p>\n<p>All couples can have difficulty with fertility. This might not be related to you or your partner being HIV Positive.<\/p>\n<p>There are things you can do, which have all had some success. But sometimes these are not as easy as they sound.
