Do you mind me asking if you are taking treatment?\u00a0 This is the best way to stay undetectable. May I also ask if you know your wife&#8217;s status?<\/p>\n<p>Provided that you keep your viral load below 50 copies\/mL (undetectable) then your risk of transmission through sex to your partner is very low.
