It means that its highly likely that your child will be negative. However, to be sure you will need to have them tested as advised. Only then will you know for sure. When I start treatment my CD4 count was 386. My boyfriend tested negative. We decided to have a baby, in  February 2016  I found out I was pregnant. I gave birth by C Section in  December.My last check up before I had my baby my CD4 was 568  and my viral load was less than 20.
