Because you’re pregnant, ideally you should start ART straight away. This is because the sooner you start, the quicker your viral load will do down. Having a viral load that is undetectable when pregnant is very important.<\/p>\n

Also, other than being on ART so the risk of transmission is much less, its important to be on ART for your own health.<\/p>\n
