Some ARVs – especially efavirenz \u2013 definitely need to be taken before you go to bed. For most people (i.e. unless you work shifts) this will be at night.<\/p>\n
This is so you get any side effects while you are asleep. Taking efavirenz during the day will make most people feel very dizzy and disorientated.<\/p>\n
