If this isn&#8217;t possible, is there any way that someone can get meds to you?<\/p>\n<p>If neither of these options are possible and you miss a weeks worth of meds, please let your doctor know as soon as you can. They will need to check your viral load. Just to be on the safe side, it&#8217;s probably better if you use condoms, that is if you&#8217;re going to be having sex.
