It also all depends on what ARV it is that you&#8217;re taking and why your combination was changed.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re having side effects, you need to discuss this with your doctor. Stopping your meds without consulting your doctor should be a last resort and isn&#8217;t something that we&#8217;d advice.<\/p>\n<p>Most side effects if a person has them usually pass within a few weeks, so unless you have a rash, then you should be OK.
