For example, viral load tests with a 20 or 50 copy\/mL cut-off, will mean viral load is less than 20 or less than 50, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Either way, HIV is controlled.<\/p>\n<p>It means you&#8217;re doing great.<\/p>\n<p>It also means your partners cannot catch HIV, even if you don&#8217;t use a condom (<a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/u-equals-u\/\">see U=U<\/a>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> I have been told my viral load is lower than detectable (LTD).
