The ARVs that you’ve been given are different to Atrozia. What you’ve been changed to is a generic version of TLD, please see here:\u00a0 https:\/\/i-base.info\/guides\/12423<\/p>\n
In South Africa it’s now common to be changed from Atrozia, which is a generic of Atripla. There are less side effects with TLD, however there can be issues with weight gain.
