Each company has its own policies with regards to HIV. In all of the policies I could find having HIV meant you were not eligible to claim.<\/p>\n<p>However, a new scheme is being established by Population Services International (PSI) and Network of Maharasta by People Living with HIV (NMP+) to offer health insurance specifically for HIV positive people in India.
