Your combination is known as Symfi. The two medications in this combination that interact with food are Efavirenz and Tenofovir.<\/p>\n<p>Efavirenz should be taken on an empty stomach (2 hours after a meal) or not with a high fat meal. In Europe Tenofovir is recommended to be taken with or without food, but when starting treatment it is more important to take with food.<\/p>\n<p>For a low fat meal there would be no restriction on when you can eat.
