It is best taken in the morning as one its side effects is poor sleep.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/guides\/8851\">https:\/\/i-base.info\/guides\/8851<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You can take magnesium to help you sleep but it does interact with dolutegravir. It is important that you take magnesium 2 hours after, or 6 hours before your dose of dolutegravir. Taking them together would reduce how much dolutegravir is absorbed.<\/p>\n<p>Though if you move your dose to dolutegravir to the morning, and have magnesium when you are off to bed this will not be a problem.<\/p>\n<p>If you have another question, let us know.<\/p>\n<p>Josh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am using Dolutegravir and i&#8217;m struggling every night to sleep.
