Have you been able to speak to anyone about it?<\/p>\n<p>Dolutegravir itself does not cause changes to skin tone. Are you on any other HIV medications?<\/p>\n<p>There has been a study to show that some HIV medication impacts your levels of Vitamin D. Low Vitamin D can lead to darkening of the skin. This can be checked with a blood test.<\/p>\n<p>As skin changes can be caused by a number of things it is important you speak to a doctor about this.
