Lamivudine is often one but it requires another 2 medications to be taken alongside it. The most highly recommend combination by WHO guidelines is lamivudine + dolutegravir + tenofovir.<\/p>\n<p>It is not recommended to be on a single medication for PEP. PEP also does not change dose midway through a course.
