Above 500 is excellent, this goes for people who are HIV positive or negative. In someone not living with HIV, a healthy CD4 count is considered to be between 430 and 1690.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible your CD4 count could increase but at 566 your immune system is very healthy. If it stays like this it will still indicate your medication is working very well.
