Have you contacted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tac.org.za\/\">Tac<\/a>? Tac is a similar organisation to i-base that operates in South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>How long are you away from Durban? It is possible to return to pick up your ARVs? This would be the simplest option. If you would end up <a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/15086\">missing 1-2 days<\/a> of medication in the meantime, while not ideal, would not cause a risk to your health if there is no other option.<\/p>\n<p>Are you able to speak with a local pharmacy where you are now?
